Operating from its production facility in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone in Istanbul, the company manufactures precision connection components for electrical equipment manufacturers, automotive suppliers and home appliance producers. Its precision metal forming line runs presses in the 25 to 100 ton range at speeds of up to 700 strokes per minute on sheet thicknesses from 0.20 to 3 mm. The plastic injection department operates horizontal and vertical machines from 98 to 300 tons with a shot range of 0.20 to 500 grams. Plug housings are moulded from 25 and 30 percent glass fibre reinforced PA66 compounds, including flame retardant V0 grades. With its toolroom and production floor under one roof, TKS Terminal develops 2D and 3D CAD based mould designs, progressive metal dies and injection tooling, and supplies OEM components built to customer drawings. The company works to an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and holds RoHS and REACH compliance declarations. Its products are exported to the United States, Colombia, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Algeria, Lebanon and Egypt.
