Honey Melting Tank
Double-jacketed honey melting tank with a 304 grade stainless steel body that dissolves crystallised honey without burning it. A water or oil jacket between the inner and outer shells keeps honey away from the heater; thermostatic control stays below 40°C, protecting diastase and HMF values. It has a full-drain outlet valve and is built to capacity at tin, drum or tank scale.
Stainless Steel Filtered Extraction Hood
Made-to-measure extraction hood for industrial kitchens with a 304 grade stainless steel body. Baffle-type grease filters separate grease from the air mechanically, are dishwasher-washable and reduce fire risk. It has a grease collection channel and drain and is ready for lighting and fan connection. Wall, island and pyramid types are designed around the cooking equipment size and mounting height.
Milk Boiling Tank
Double-jacketed stainless milk boiling tank that pasteurises milk at controlled temperature without scorching. 304 grade body with a food-grade inner surface; heat passes through a water or steam jacket. Thermostatic heating with temperature gauge, an optional slow-speed agitator depending on capacity and a full-drain outlet valve. Built to measure from 50 litres upward.

Industrial Kitchen Stainless Fabrication
Filtered hoods and stainless worktable solutions for industrial kitchen lines are made to measure. Hoods are designed from the cooking equipment dimensions, mounting height and the choice of wall, island or pyramid type, and are fabricated from 304 grade stainless sheet with baffle filters in the Ümraniye, Istanbul workshop.
Made-to-Measure Stainless Machinery Manufacturing
The site is measured on location and a technical drawing is prepared to capacity; stainless sheet is cut to the drawing, formed on a press brake and joined with continuous food-grade TIG welds. After sanding and polishing the inner surface stays smooth, and units are leak and heat tested before shipping across Turkey. Cutting, bending, welding and polishing are done in one workshop with no subcontractors.
