Özas Paslanmaz Makina

Özas Paslanmaz Makina has been manufacturing stainless steel food and beekeeping machinery since 2021. All products are made to measure at its facility in Ümraniye, Istanbul and shipped across Turkey. The range spans from beekeeping to dairy lines: honey melting, invert syrup, paraffin and wax melting tanks, pollen dryers and cleaners, uncapping tables; milk boiling, mixing and transport tanks; fruit and vegetable drying ovens, powdered sugar mills, water tanks and filtered stainless hoods for industrial kitchens. Production follows six steps: on-site measurement and a technical drawing sized to capacity, cutting stainless sheet to size, forming the body on a press brake, continuous gap-free TIG welding, sanding and polishing for a smooth inner surface, and leak and heat testing before shipment. Cutting, bending, welding and polishing are done under one roof with no subcontractors.
