Products
Clutch Fork
Ductile iron clutch fork produced within the company's automotive parts range. Nasa Döküm casts automotive parts between 20 g and 30 kg, such as flanges, tie-rod arms, stabiliser links and oil sumps, on its DISAMATIC moulding line and supplies them with heat treatment and CNC machining where required.
Natural Gas Nipple and Nut
Cast iron nipples, unions and nuts used in natural gas installations. The parts are cast in gray or ductile iron on flaskless vertical moulding lines from charges prepared in induction furnaces under spectrometer control, and their threads are machined on CNC lathes.
Flange
Cast iron flange listed in the automotive parts category. The part is poured in flaskless vertical moulds, cleaned by tumble shot blasting and machined to size on CNC lathes and vertical machining centres in Nasa Döküm's machine shop, with surface roughness and dimensions verified in the quality control room.
Services
Heat Treatment of Castings
Heat treatment applied to gray and ductile iron castings. The plant has two PLC-controlled electric heat treatment furnaces of 2 m³ each; part hardness is checked with the laboratory hardness tester and microstructure with the metal microscope and Was spectrometer.
Post-Casting CNC Machining
Machining of in-house castings at the KÇROT CNC machining centre incorporated in 2010. The machine shop has Mini88 5-inch, Topper 8-10-inch, Goodway and Takisawa 8-inch CNC lathes and two CNC vertical machining centres; surface roughness, optical angle and radius measurements are carried out in the quality control room.
Gray and Ductile Iron Casting Service
Gray (pig) and ductile iron casting service for parts from 20 g to 30 kg. Charges are prepared under spectrometer control in Inductotherm and 5M induction furnaces from 250 kg up to a 1000+1000 kg dual-track unit and poured on 400 x 500 flaskless vertical DISAMATIC and KOYO moulding lines, with 10 t/h automatic sand preparation and shell/cold-box cores.
