Acid Tanks
Special stainless steel acid tanks are manufactured for corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric and nitric acid used in chemistry, petrochemistry, fertilizer and metal processing. Tanks are produced from AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L and duplex stainless steel, from 500 litres to 100 tons, in vertical or horizontal layouts with insulation, agitators and heating/cooling jackets. Welding is TIG/MIG to approved WPS/PQR procedures, with NDT (PT, RT, UT), hydrostatic leak testing and EN 13445 / PED / ASME compliance.
Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
Shell and tube heat exchangers are designed and manufactured for chemistry, petrochemistry, pharmaceutical, food, energy and water treatment. Heat transfer area ranges from 0.5 m² to 500 m² in single-pass, multi-pass, fixed tube sheet, floating head and U-tube layouts, including condenser and reboiler types. Materials include AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L, duplex/super duplex, carbon steel with stainless tubes, and titanium on request.
Reactor Manufacturing
Chemical, process, agitated and pressure reactors are manufactured for chemistry, pharmaceutical, petrochemistry, food and cosmetics. Capacities run from 100 litres to 50 m³ in AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L and duplex stainless steel for high temperature, pressure, vacuum and aggressive media. Options include anchor, propeller, turbine and high-shear agitators, half-pipe/dimple/conventional jackets, condensers and safety fittings, plus mechanical polishing (Ra 0.8–0.4 µm) and electro-polishing.
Services
Sandblasting, Painting & Insulation
On-site sandblasting, industrial painting and insulation are applied to tanks, reactors, pipelines and equipment. Blasting is to SA 2.5–SA 3; coatings include epoxy, polyurethane, vinyl ester and high-temperature systems in two- or three-layer chemical-resistant builds. Thermal and acoustic insulation uses rock wool, glass wool, rubber and PIR/PUR with aluminium, sheet or stainless cladding; ISO 12944, NACE and SSPC are cited on the company site.
Installation Services
Process piping is fabricated, installed and commissioned for chemistry, petrochemistry, pharmaceutical and food plants. Acid lines use AISI 316L, 904L, duplex/super duplex and PTFE-lined pipe; steam lines include expansion joints, condensate drainage and insulation; lines at 40 bar and above follow ASME/PED design with hydrostatic testing. Process gas lines (nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, ammonia, SO₂, HCl) and scrubber connections are also included.
On-site Tank & Silo Manufacturing
Large-volume tanks and silos that cannot be shop-built economically are fabricated and erected at the customer site. Materials include stainless AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L and carbon steel S235JR, P265GH, S355J2 for vertical/horizontal storage tanks, process tanks and bunker silos. On-site TIG/MIG/SMAW welding, passivation, NDT (PT, UT, MT), hydrostatic or pneumatic leak testing and EN 13445, PED, EN ISO 3834-2, API 650/620 references are applied.
