With its history dating back to the development move and its business life, Kula Yağ and Emek Yem Industry and Trade INC contributes to the Turkish economy especially in the Marmara Region. History of Kula dates back to the 1930s.
Ahmet Kula registered at Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce in 1932. Known today as Kula Yağ and Emek Yem San. Tic. A.Ş., the organization began crude sunflower oil production in 1968. It entered the feed sector with the Emek Yem brand in 1989.
With its trusted quality, Emek Yem produces cattle, small ruminant and poultry feeds across Turkey, focused on Marmara and Aegean regions, and has contributed to Balıkesir being the leading province in livestock. Daily feed production exceeds 45 tons per hour across more than 30 cattle, small ruminant and poultry feed types. With a dealer network of over 150, it is a well-known brand in Marmara and Aegean regions.

Broiler Chick Starter Feed
Used for feeding broiler chicks in the 0-10 day period after hatching. It is in powder form. Produced as a broiler starter formulation among Emek Yem poultry feeds and shipped from the Adana OIZ feed plant to southern regions.
Broiler Grower Feed
Feed used for broiler chicks in the 11-35 day period. It is in powder form. Produced as a grower feed in Emek Yem's poultry portfolio; among more than 30 feed types with daily capacity exceeding 45 tons.
Dry Period Dairy Feed
A special feed that ensures healthy and balanced nutrition for cows in the last two months of pregnancy. It contains all nutrients required for the dry period. It protects against post-calving metabolic diseases and supports udder development for higher milk yield after calving.

Adana OIZ Feed Plant Production
The Emek Yem plant at Acıdere OIZ Abdullah Gül Blvd. No:24 produces cattle, small ruminant and poultry feeds. The facility exceeding 45 tons per hour supplies southern Anatolia and neighbouring provinces. Regular shipment and on-time delivery are provided via a dealer network of over 150.
Poultry Feed Formulation and Dispatch
Among Emek Yem poultry feeds, broiler chick, broiler grower and layer period feeds are produced in powder form. Formulations for broiler and breeding lines are developed with Balıkesir-based R&D; regional dispatch runs from the Adana plant.
Dairy and Fattening Feed Consultancy
Special-period formulations such as dry-period, heifer and Qurban fattening feeds are prepared for livestock farmers. Emek Yem offers feeds from natural raw materials with high nutritional value to meat, milk, poultry and egg producers.
