Type 209 Submarine Battery Rubber Bag
Elastomeric bag providing electrical insulation between negative and positive plates in lead-acid batteries. Made of a natural rubber and SBR blend; tensile strength at least 12 N/mm², elongation at break at least 500%, hardness 55 Shore A. Leakage current at most 0.3 A under 10000 VAC for 70 seconds. Produced to the Turkish Navy IK-14 type submarine battery rubber bag specification.
Type 209 Submarine Negative Copper Plate
The negative plate is the electrode where oxidation takes place during discharge in lead-acid batteries; porous lead active material reacts with sulphuric acid to generate current. In the copper-carrier, lead-coated hybrid design, copper's high conductivity reduces voltage drop and heating. Produced as full plates and unformed half plates.
Type 214 Submarine Negative Copper Plate
Negative copper plate for Type 214 submarine batteries, optimised for low internal resistance, high specific current capacity, uniform current distribution, mechanical strength and long cycle life. In the copper-carrier, lead-coated hybrid structure the active surface is entirely lead phase, reducing heating at high discharge currents. Produced as full and half plates.

FRP Composite Manufacturing
FRP (fibre reinforced polymer) composite production for maritime and industrial infrastructure projects. Vacuum infusion and hand lay-up deliver void-free parts with maximum strength. Applications: ship deck equipment, antenna towers and underwater components; warning spheres for high-voltage lines; chemical storage tanks and platforms for acidic environments; project-specific composite parts.
Warning Sphere Production
Production of warning spheres for air traffic safety on high-voltage and power transmission lines using SMC and prepreg systems. RAL 2002 orange pigment is impregnated into the material for UV resistance; the vinyl-ester body offers flexural strength up to 310 MPa. Stable from -30 °C to +55 °C, ASTM D4956-09 Type 11 reflectors, neoprene clamp mounting for OPGW and standard conductors.
Custom Design and Mould Manufacturing
In-house design and manufacture of moulds for composite parts for the defence industry and power transmission lines. RTM and vacuum infusion moulds, SMC/BMC steel press moulds and autoclave-compatible prepreg carbon/glass fibre moulds are produced. Before production, FEA, mould flow analysis, thermal expansion and shrinkage calculations and reverse engineering are carried out in CAD/CAM; both prototyping and series production are supported.
