Formfleks

Formfleks, under Erkurt Holding, produces NVH, interior trim, exterior trim, heat shield and under-body cover parts for passenger and commercial vehicles, delivering solutions from raw material to finished product. It was established in 1983 as Formfleks Yalıtım Ürünleri A.Ş. to form floor and luggage carpets. Group roots go back to Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemoçin’s work at Taysan in Bursa and the 1978 founding of Erkurt Tekstil ve Yalıtım Ürünleri. In 2020 Erkurt Yalıtım, Cemre, Taysan, Arma and Erkurt R&D merged under Formfleks. In 2019 Formfleks Algeria started overseas production; the R&D Centre founded the same year supported NVH and interior trim development toward Full System Supplier status. In 2021 Formfleks S.A. was established in Craiova, Romania. Customers are served with a Just in Time approach. Certifications include IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. The main address is Minareliçavuş Bursa OSB, Nilüfer/Bursa, with Gölcük and DOSAB sites as well.
