ETIMAT LABEL was founded in 1994 as a cardboard-label manufacturer. With more than 19 years of experience it serves textile, apparel and other sectors in labels, print products and woven goods. From order intake through prepress, printing, finishing, quality control, packing and dispatch, all steps are carried out in-house to ISO 9001 quality standards.

Products
Woven Label
Woven labels are used mainly on textile products. Types include brand, care-instruction, pocket-flag, decorative and composition labels. Qualities are taffeta, weft-satin, satin, selvedge-knit and cotton weaves. Labels are delivered cold-cut, hot-cut, edge-folded or centre-folded; starching and hot-embossed tape transfer can be applied.
Cardboard Hangtag
Cardboard hangtags are printed on paper and related stocks with conventional and UV offset, conventional and UV screen, foil and rotary techniques. They are used for branding, product information or decoration. Cellophane, varnish and lamination are applied for appearance; die, guillotine or laser cutting prepares them for use. Ranges include pocket, size, swing, band and home-textile hangtags.
UV Printed Label
UV printing is a heat-sensitive drying and printing technique. Drying during printing is very short and many substrates can be printed. In-house UV printing is done from 0.10 to 0.40 micron thickness in requested colours. Materials include PVC, metallised films and similar stocks. Protective varnish is applied to protect the ink.
Services
Offset Printing
Cardboard labels and print jobs are run on Heidelberg CD 74 5-colour + L-C-LX, SM 74, SM 52 and GTO 52 UV offset presses. From order intake through prepress, print, QC, packing and dispatch, steps are in-house under ISO 9001. Offset is applied to paper-based stocks, mainly textile and apparel labels.
UV Screen Printing
The plant has two Setemak 36x52 cm UV screen presses. UV screen dries quickly with heat-sensitive curing and prints 0.10–0.40 micron films on PVC and metallised stocks. Protective varnish preserves the ink. It is used for tactile and opaque effects on cardboard and special-material labels.
Hot-Foil Stamping and Cutting
Hot foil is applied on Heidelberg 54x72 cm and 36x52 cm stamping presses. Cutting uses Heidelberg 54x72 and 36x52, Titan 50x70 and Kerma 64x90 flatbeds plus a Polar 92 cm guillotine. Cellophane is run on a Somtaş 70x100 cm laminator; mounting on a 50x70 cm machine. Hangtags are die-, guillotine- or laser-cut ready for use.
