UV Screen Printing
Labels ServiceThe plant has two Setemak 36x52 cm UV screen presses. UV screen dries quickly with heat-sensitive curing and prints 0.10–0.40 micron films on PVC and metallised stocks. Protective varnish preserves the ink. It is used for tactile and opaque effects on cardboard and special-material labels.

Offset Printing
Labels ServiceCardboard labels and print jobs are run on Heidelberg CD 74 5-colour + L-C-LX, SM 74, SM 52 and GTO 52 UV offset presses. From order intake through prepress, print, QC, packing and dispatch, steps are in-house under ISO 9001. Offset is applied to paper-based stocks, mainly textile and apparel labels.
