Enformak Plastik Teknolojileri
Enformak has manufactured screws and barrels for plastics processing since 1980; the plant is at Beylikdüzü OSB 9th Street No:14.
About
Enformak is an engineering brand specialised in plastics-processing technology, supplying high-precision screw and barrel solutions. Through a custom-production approach for different applications it helps users raise process efficiency and secure technical compatibility. With its production infrastructure and technical expertise it brings simple solutions to complex needs.
Reaching more than 30 countries, Enformak aims to be a technical companion to manufacturers through reliability, continuous quality control and a project-based approach. On every product and collaboration it targets measurable quality, sustainable performance and long-term trust.
Enformak is an engineering-focused manufacturing brand that develops high-precision solutions for the plastics-processing industry. It designs and produces screw and barrel systems that are vital for plastics machinery used from automotive to packaging, white goods to construction, aiming at maximum efficiency and long life. Each screw and barrel design is shaped by special analyses of the customer’s process, feedstocks and machine features, so that not only a product but also process efficiency, energy saving and production performance are delivered.

Extrusion Screws
Enformak extrusion screws are produced 100% in Türkiye. They are the mechanical elements that take polymer from feed to melt and final form on continuous, controlled-flow lines for plastics and rubber. Geometries are designed to feedstock, additive ratio and process for mixing efficiency, thermal balance and lower energy use. Hardness 850–1050 HV, case depth 0.5–0.7 mm; surfaces are coated against wear and corrosion. Single, twin-parallel, twin-conical, rubber, Hans Weber twin-conical and Amut twin-parallel types are listed.
Injection Screws
Enformak injection screws are produced 100% in Türkiye. In thermoplastic and thermoset moulding they take material from the feed, melt it with mechanical energy, homogenise it and inject it into the cavity at high pressure. Design is optimised to viscosity, melt temperature and process parameters; profile, channel geometry and L/D set flow and fill speed. High-grade alloys plus coating and hardening raise resistance to wear, corrosion and sticking. Hardness 850–1050 HV, depth 0.5–0.7 mm. Standard, Barr, Maillefer, dispersive/distributive-mixer and PMMA injection screws are listed.
Plastication Barrels
Barrels are the components that heat and process feedstock in injection or extrusion; they provide controlled heating, melting, pressure and flow. Inner surfaces use bimetallic alloys or nitriding against wear, corrosion and sticking. Steel grade and heat treatment are chosen by material, process temperature and pressure. Hardness 850–1050 HV, depth 0.5–0.7 mm. Application lines listed: extrusion, injection, rubber, elastomer, silicone and PMMA barrels. Technical analysis and process-fit tests precede production.
Services
360° Technical Support and On-Site Measuring
The company page lists 360° technical support and on-site measuring among the short facts, together with specialised advice and high-standard production. Contact gives the head office and factory as Beylikdüzü OSB Mah. 9th St. No:14; sales email is [email protected]. The production-technology text states that after assembly and final inspection each product is prepared for shipment to work at maximum yield in the field.
Bimetal, PTA, Nitriding and Chrome Coating
The screws page gives bimetal PTA, nitriding or chrome as surface-coating examples for wear, corrosion and high temperature. Barrel inner surfaces use bimetallic alloy or nitriding against wear, corrosion and sticking. The company page lists wear control among “why Enformak” items. Hardness 850–1050 HV, case depth 0.5–0.7 mm; wear and corrosion resistance are published as scale 3.
Process-Based Screw and Barrel Design and Manufacture
The company page states each screw and barrel design is shaped by special analyses of the customer’s process, feedstock and machine. The production-technology block describes customer-led engineering design, certified materials, precision machining, in-process checks, coatings and heat treatment, then assembly, final inspection and shipment. Screw geometries optimise mixing and pressure via channel depth, pitch and tip design. Hardness 850–1050 HV, depth 0.5–0.7 mm.
