Rotating Basket
A second platform on the basket can rotate 90 degrees around its axis to deliver personnel into facade recesses. Used for recesses between 2 m and 4 m, preferred when recess depth is the same on all facades. Load capacity 240 kg, basket weight 400 kg. Two 5 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø10 galvanized steel rope is used with excess wound on a drum. Door group is steel box profile; other parts aluminum; safety brakes and load/upper/lower switches are standard.
Pantograph Basket
Designed to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
Standard Model Cleaning Basket
The standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.
Services
Installation and Commissioning
Expert installation teams commission the machine with startup tests after assembly so it is ready for use. Required operator training is given to user-designated personnel and certified. Heavy telescopic boom machines may need a tower crane during installation; terrace and roof equipment locations are considered so facade access is from the optimum point. Installation is carried out under manufacturing competence and quality documentation.
Custom Machine Manufacturing
Machine projects and technical designs are prepared from architectural plans and site surveys; after approval, units pass intermediate and final tests under production engineers before shipment to installation. Custom facade access systems, working baskets, mobile telecom poles, bridge maintenance units and welding robots are manufactured to EN 1808. Colors follow customer RAL codes; production aligns with TSEK, ISO 9001, GOST-R and CE.
Technical Service and Maintenance
The company provides a two-year technical service warranty after installation and continues uninterrupted service under a post-warranty maintenance contract. Periodic maintenance, fault repair and spare parts support are offered for facade access machines. On EN 1808 systems, safety equipment, ropes, motors and switch checks are included. Technical service focuses on fast on-site response and long-term operational safety.
