Solar Energy System (GES) Panels
GES (solar energy system) panels are distribution panels used on roof or ground-mounted solar plants to protect, control and measure generated energy before it is transferred to the grid or user. ATS produces external and internal solar energy distribution panels to TS EN 61439-1/2. Manufacturing covers 800 VAC and 400 VAC systems. The company states it has completed GES panel manufacturing up to 400 MW for domestic and international projects.
Compensation Panels
Compensation panels are used in facilities to improve power quality and prevent power losses. They include measuring instruments, contactors, circuit breakers and capacitors. Conventional contactor panels correct power factor; shunt-reactor panels filter harmonic currents; thyristor panels control current flow more precisely; harmonic-filter reactor panels reduce harmonic distortion. ATS manufactures these configurations according to customer demand and plant requirements.
TEDAŞ Type Panels
Internal and external distribution panels with TEDAŞ-type DSYA output are manufactured according to the needs and specifications of electricity distribution companies. Field distribution boxes (Type-A and Type-B) are produced to TEDAŞ specifications. Those boxes are described as stainless and scratch-resistant, requiring no paint maintenance, resistant to UV radiation, not retaining moisture, non-propagating flame and self-extinguishing. Desired logos can be applied on the panel; they are made for easier transport and assembly and for safety in short circuits and leakage. Lighting panels compliant with TEDAŞ specifications are also manufactured.

Type-Tested Panel Manufacturing up to IP65
Type-tested panels are manufactured to IEC 61439-1, with custom internal and external designs up to IP65 according to customer needs. Erect-type panels in the range are seismic-tested to TS EN/IEC 60068-3-3. Material options include 1 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2 mm galvanized sheet, DKP sheet or hot-dip, with electrostatic powder coating to requested paint codes.
Custom Sheet Metal Kiosk Manufacturing
Sheet-metal kiosks are designed around the transformers, generators, panels and similar equipment they will house. Surface options include galvanized sheet, stainless sheet or electrostatic powder coating. Depth, width and length can be specified; the design is intended for easier transport and commissioning. They are made to take MV switchgear cells, LV panels and other electrical equipment. Typical use is energy distribution systems and industrial plants.
Sheet Metal Transformer Cabin Manufacturing
Sheet-metal transformer cabins are designed and manufactured to suit the transformer type they will enclose, including cabins placed inside sheet-metal kiosks. They are used in energy distribution systems, switchyards, industrial plants and outdoor applications. Design is customized to the transformer; cabins are made from sheet steel with the stated aim of meeting national and international safety expectations. A modular layout is used to match different transformer types and to simplify installation.
