Electrical Enclosures ServiceType-tested panels are manufactured to IEC 61439-1, with custom internal and external designs up to IP65 according to customer needs. Erect-type panels in the range are seismic-tested to TS EN/IEC 60068-3-3. Material options include 1 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2 mm galvanized sheet, DKP sheet or hot-dip, with electrostatic powder coating to requested paint codes.

Surface options include galvanized sheet, stainless sheet or electrostatic powder coating. Depth, width and length can be specified; the design is intended for easier transport and commissioning. Surface preparation abrasive blasting Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1); coating epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat, dry film thickness 120 µm. Tests: leak test 0.5 bar / 24 hours, vacuum 1 mbar, coating thickness measurement. Standards: EN 10025-2, ISO 8501-1, IEC 60076, ISO 9001.
