Coil weights at dispatch range from 100 kg to 900 kg, with production in the quality bands requested by the customer. Coils ship on cardboard cores, strapped and packed against rust and impact.

Wire Forms ProductPocket springs, each sleeved in its own nonwoven, act independently for sleep and seating comfort. Coils can be barrel, cylindrical or other shapes, and different wire diameters can be zoned in one unit. Boyçelik pocket units offer about twice the spring count and three times the compression resistance of other spring systems, with independent motion that isolates partner movement.

Wire Forms ProductBMS makes standard and special steel mesh; ribbed and flat rebar and wire products are produced at the Manisa OSB plant. Annual capacity is 120,000 tonnes. Mesh is used in reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements, bridges and tunnels. Mesh opening and wire diameter follow the project bar schedule.
