Cartridge Heater

The cartridge-heater bore must be smooth; the heater should fit snugly. Proper temperature control extends service life. Aymet cartridge heaters are standard 220 V; 12–440 V can be made to order, including non-standard diameters. Types include thermocouple, gland, cube-elbow, flanged and flexible-armoured versions.

Hot Runner Spiral Heater

Spiral heaters, also called hot-runner nozzle heaters, keep melt flowing in plastic hot-runner nozzles. They can also heat pipes carrying liquid or gas, and are used in laboratory and scientific projects. They are made in different wattages, supply voltages and cross-sections.

Ceramic Insulated Heater

Ceramic insulated heaters are used for melting plastic raw materials on injection, blow-moulding and extruder machines. They are manufactured to the required shape and technical drawing. When mounted correctly they are long-lived and more efficient than mica-insulated heaters. Non-standard sizes are also made to order.

Electric Towel Warmer

D Rad states it makes towel radiators and design towel radiators with the richest range and highest capacity. Manifold Thermocouple Manufacturing

Manifold thermocouples measure temperature inside manifold channels and are used on injection moulds and presses because they withstand high temperature. Aymet supplies different diameters and lengths and can make special designs. The sensor is produced for measuring channel-heater temperature under high temperature and pressure.
