Metronik A.Ş. has operated since 1990 in a 1,000 m² indoor plant in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. It manufactures temperature instruments (thermocouples, resistance thermometers, PT100), compensating/extension cables, and indicators, transmitters and controllers (P, PI, PID, ramp).
It also produces level instruments (guided radar, float, rotary paddle, linear float, conductive, colour-change flap, capacitive) and OEM / hygienic process pressure transmitters.
Production is complemented by imported lines from European specialists, with engineering, sales and after-sales service.

Products
PID Controllers and Indicators
The company manufactures P, PI, PID and ramp controllers plus indicators and transmitters. Display, logging and control for temperature processes sit in one family. Imported European lines are offered with engineering and after-sales service.
Level and Pressure Transmitters
Guided-radar, float, rotary-paddle, linear-float, conductive, flap and capacitive level instruments are manufactured. OEM and hygienic pressure transmitters connect to food and process lines. Fittings follow the connection standard at the measurement point.
Thermocouples and PT100 Temperature Sensors
Metronik has made thermocouples, resistance thermometers and PT100 sensors since 1990. Extension and compensating cables are supplied with process fittings. Custom OEM and hygienic assemblies are built at the 1,000 m² Beylikdüzü plant.

Custom Thermocouple Manufacturing
Custom thermocouples and PT100 sensors are made to the process. Sheath, connection head and cable type are selected per order. Compensating cables and connectors are completed on the same order Orders and shipments are handled from the Beylikdüzü OSB (Istanbul) plant; technical sizes and materials are confirmed against the customer specification.
Process Measurement Engineering
Metronik provides product selection and installation engineering for temperature, level and pressure points. European specialist brands are presented alongside in-house production. Technical evaluation is done at the 1,000 m² Beylikdüzü plant.
After-sales Service
After-sales service covers controllers, transmitters and thermocouples. Calibration and spare parts apply to both manufactured and imported lines.
