Stainless Steel Fitting

After moving to its 2,000 m² plant in Beylikdüzü OSB, Puntaş began in-house manufacture of stainless-steel fittings. Fitting production was added in 2010. Parts go through hydraulic press, punch press and a three-stage quality check before shipment.

Plate Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchangers have a higher overall heat-transfer coefficient than shell-and-tube units because the thin plates that separate the two fluids cut heat loss. Corrugated plates make the flow turbulent. ExperPHE units made at Puntaş follow pressure-vessel rules; gaskets are EPDM, NBR and Viton and plate stock is certified European sheet. Grades 304, 316 and titanium are processed to ISO quality; units carry a 2-year warranty.

Capillary Tube

Capillary tube is the fine fluid line on Konveyor’s MOSB product list. It is used in refrigeration circuits. The Manisa plant makes capillary diameter on press and cut lines. Length is cut to circuit design.

Puntaş inspects during production so reliability and strength are confirmed before shipment. Goods are released only after a three-stage quality approval. ExperPHE exchanger production follows pressure-vessel rules; ISO 9001 and CE certification were completed in 2012.

Capillary-tube production is a separate item on the MOSB product card. It is the fine fluid carrier in refrigeration circuits. The Manisa OSB Yusuf Sarıbekir plant extrudes and cuts diameter. Metreage is packed to circuit calculation.
