AKFIX E300 is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-curing multi-purpose epoxy adhesive. It can be immersed in water after application. Resistant to water and various solvents. Does not shrink after drying. Working time 15–20 min at 23°C; handling 4 h; full cure 24 h. Mix 1:1 by volume. For bonding wood, glass, crystal, ceramic, porcelain, metal, fibreglass and fabric; furniture and household repairs. Not recommended on PP, PE, nylon, PTFE or other flexible plastics. Dual syringe 25 ml.

AKFIX E340 is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-curing, high-strength multi-purpose epoxy adhesive. Mix ratio 1:1 by volume; working time 4–5 min at 23°C; handling 20 min; full cure 24 h. Shore D 80±2 after 7 days. Used for bonding and repairing aluminium, glass, porcelain and ceramic; metal; marine, automotive, caravan and water pipes; tank leaks; engine-block cracks and radiator holes. Dual syringe 25 ml (28.8±0.4 g). Bonded surfaces are ready for use 2 hours after application; can be painted, sanded and drilled.

Polymex CLK-51 Epoxy Abrasive Adhesive
CLK-51 is a solvent-free, high-viscosity, two-component epoxy abrasive (sandpaper) adhesive. The surface must be even, dry and clean and free of mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. No foreign material may be added. If ambient or surface temperature is below +10°C or above +30°C, wait for suitable temperatures. Mix the material in the large can first; then pour hardener B into A and mix until homogeneous. Use the mix within 10–12 minutes. Apply to the surface by machine, roller or trowel.

CLK-52 is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, two-component epoxy abrasive adhesive. Compared with high-viscosity CLK-51 it is a more flowable grade. The surface must be even, dry and clean and free of mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. If temperature is below +10°C or above +30°C, wait for suitable conditions. Mix A first, then add hardener B until homogeneous. Use the mix promptly; apply by machine, roller or trowel.

P-5091 is a solvent-free, specially filled epoxy ceramic adhesive based on epoxy resin. It is a gel-paste adhesive and multi-purpose repair mortar developed for tile applications on vibrating systems in industrial plants, R2 class, high bond strength, solvent-free and wipeable with water. Pack A+B 20 kg (A 18.50 kg / B 1.50 kg). Initial shear adhesion 11.3 N/mm², after water immersion 12.3 N/mm², after thermal shock 9.0 N/mm². Compressive strength 30 N/mm² at 1 day and 75 N/mm² at 7 days; application thickness 2.5–35 mm; pot life 1 hour at +20°C.

404 Power Mix Epoxy Putty Adhesive is a two-component (A resin – yellow / B hardener – blue), kneadable, high-bond epoxy repair and filling putty. Mixed 1:1 it becomes homogeneous and easy to shape and adheres strongly to the substrate. Depending on ambient temperature it hardens in 15–30 minutes. After cure it can be sanded, drilled and painted. It resists impact and vibration. It is used on metal, PVC, wood, glass and many surfaces. It resists oil, hydrocarbons, acid, base, alcohol and water. Service temperature −30 °C / +120 °C. Pot life about 7–8 minutes at 25 °C. Shore D ≥ 85. Packs 80 g and 40 g.

Alcon (A) Putty Metal Bond
Alcon (A) Putty Metal Bond is a mixture of epoxy resins and steel powders with very strong adhesion to many metals such as steel and cast iron, to concrete and to some hard plastics. It is used for bonding broken machine parts, filling casting defects and cavities, bonding and repairing drilled tanks, vessels, pipes and flanges, and covering and protecting metal surfaces damaged by friction or abrasion. It is easily applied on vertical surfaces, can be machined on metallic surfaces, and is resistant to chemicals, weak acids, bases and solvents, water and salt water. Mix ratio 9:1 by weight, 2.5:1 by volume. Working time 45 minutes for 500 g at 24 °C. Cure 16 hours. Shore D 85. Tensile strength 22.2 MPa, compressive strength 57 MPa. Maximum dry service temperature 120 °C. Code M-2222, 500 g tin, 10 per carton.
