Rotary Switch

The housing is injection moulded from engineering plastics and assembled with metal contacts, then verified by electrical tests to EN 61058. Contact arrangement and shaft connection can be customised to the OEM customer panel design.

Rocker Switch

Rocker switches used for on/off and function selection. They are produced in different colours and illuminated variants, with body sizes that match the panel cut-out. Contact material and mechanical life are set for home appliance duty. Units are assembled on automatic lines in series production and checked with an electrical continuity test.

Compact slide switches. They are used to select between two or more positions in narrow panel areas. The low profile body mounts easily into home appliance and small domestic appliance panels. The plastic slider and metal contact group are assembled with precision, and mechanical strength and contact resistance are verified in the laboratory.

Female Terminal

Female push-on terminals stamped from brass and phosphor bronze strip on progressive dies. Flat, angled and insulation sleeve variants are produced across the 1100, 1200 and 1900 series. Crimp geometries vary with the cable cross section to deliver a secure insertion force in home appliance and electrical panel connections. Material thickness ranges from 0.20 to 3 mm and parts are made to the customer drawing.
