Woven garments

General Apparel Manufacturing

Alongside knitwear, Sun Tekstil has produced woven garments since 2018. Collections designed for leading European brands use fabrics partly supplied by subsidiary Ekoten Fabrics. Quality-assurance specialists run checks throughout production, and chemical and physical tests are carried out in in-house laboratories. Delivery lead times are 4–6 weeks, or 2–3 weeks for repeat orders.

Drawing on ready-to-wear manufacturing expertise, Sun Tekstil develops innovative textile products and exclusive seasonal and capsule collections for global brands. Design teams in Turkey, Spain and the UK create more than 700 new styles each month. Selga Textile specializes in high-quality men’s boxer production. All output is exported, and about 80% of exports are men’s boxers. At the Nersoy plant cutting, heat-transfer printing, sewing and QC run under one roof, with roughly 21–22 million pieces annual capacity.

İşmont Gabardine Coverall (01 M004-02) is produced as a mechanic’s coverall. It has a mandarin collar, concealed front zip, zip chest pockets on both sides, front pockets, two rear pockets, a right-side tool pocket, cuffed sleeves and elastic at the back waist. Fabric is 100% cotton gabardine, 275 g/m².

Cotton Coverall

İşmont Cotton Coverall (ISM 4000) is made from 100% cotton, 275 g/m². The product page states the cotton fabric absorbs moisture and keeps the wearer cooler by releasing heat. Goren Socks manufactures custom sports socks in Istanbul for athletic brands, football clubs, running and cycling labels, and sports retailers. Options include moisture-wicking yarns, compression zones, club colors, jacquard logos, and retail packaging. Lengths range from invisible to knee-high; yarns include OEKO-TEX cotton, polyamide, Coolmax-style technical yarns, bamboo viscose, and elastane blends. Fully custom OEM MOQ is 1,000 pairs per design; capacity is 15,000 pairs/day on 50 Lonati machines.

Apparel design and product development

To supply high-quality clothing for coming seasons, new fabric techniques and designs are researched; custom designs and capsule collections are prepared to the client’s brief. Fabrics, accessories, print, embroidery, washing and dyeing methods are developed and turned into garments through modelling. The process starts with research and mood boards, continues with print, accessory and embroidery suppliers, and ends with finished pieces presented to the brand. More than 700 new styles are developed each month.

Category, quantity and specs are taken via the quote form or phone; a price is prepared and, after approval, a sample is produced within 48 hours. Samples can be shipped or collected; series production starts after sample approval. Lead time is 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces, 14–21 working days for 500–2000, and a custom plan above 2000. Sizes XS–4XL (34–60); Pantone colours, pocket/zip changes and custom models can be applied at sampling. Quote response is targeted within one working day.

Logo Embroidery and Printing

Embroidery and printing are done in Goproteks' own workshop (opened in 2005). Embroidery uses computerized machines, wash-durable; preferred files are vector AI, EPS, SVG or PNG at min. 300 DPI. Printing applies single- or multi-colour logos on textiles; PDF, AI or EPS is preferred. Security uniforms receive badge and emblem embroidery; custom Pantone colours and cut changes from technical drawings are available. Logo, company name and department marks are applied from the minimum order; digitizing may be charged if the file is not suitable.

Custom Workwear Manufacturing

Besides stock models, İşmont manufactures custom workwear in different models and specifications. The design and R&D team develops the garment on computer; the process is needs definition, design presentation, sampling and serial production. Print or embroidery colour, label design and packing proceed with approval at each step. The custom-production page lists fabric selection, brand application, custom labels and custom packing. For wholesale orders, logos can be applied to sewn garments by print or embroidery, prepared digitally or as a sample.

In custom production, requirements are defined together with the buyer; garments are designed on computer, presented, then sampled. New models take into account different working methods and designs that reflect a company profile. After sample approval, serial production at the Sakarya/Akyazı plant includes tests and quality control against technical specifications; non-conforming goods are not shipped.

High-volume workwear production uses machine parks at plants in Istanbul and Adapazarı. The Sakarya/Akyazı (Kuzuluk) factory sits on 40,000 m² with 25,000 m² indoor area.
