Tights and Briefs
Beks Socks & Underwear is an expert sock and tights manufacturer producing a wide range of men's, women's, children's and baby socks and tights. The company manufactures for leading retailers in Europe and the world, working in close cooperation with customers to provide complete solutions to their sock and pantyhose needs. One of the most important stages of knickers and tights production is the garment department, equipped with nearly 150 high-tech machines with various sewing features. Products are constantly inspected by the quality assurance team and presented to the customer with a high quality understanding and efficiency.
Services
Dyehouse
Our socks and/or seamless products that require processes such as dyeing, washing and testing are meticulously processed by our own laboratory and dyehouse. This department also has an ÖKO-TEX certificate. All raw materials required for product production are supplied by the company and controlled in the dyehouse and fully equipped laboratory environment within the factory.
Sock Form and Packaging
The final stage of production of socks, whose toes are sewn and gradually gain their final appearance, is ironing (Formation) and packaging. Socks - if they do not require washing and/or dyeing - are sent directly from the toe sewing department to this department and are subjected to the ironing/packaging process here and prepared for loading.
Sock Knitting
Our Sock Knitting Department, equipped with the latest technology, has a machine park divided into two sections: single cylinder and double cylinder. Our single cylinder group consists of Lonati, and our double cylinder group consists of Matec and Lonati Bravo brand, advanced technology products. In this department, where nearly 2000 machines are actively working, the products are constantly inspected by our Quality Assurance Team and are presented to the customer with a high quality understanding and efficiency.
