Aerospace Components ServicePropellers completed for an unmanned aircraft are inspected to Fasumer’s standard quality policy and to any other standards the customer requests. Static and dynamic balancing, intended to reduce airframe vibration, is applied during production, quality control and before shipment. Visual inspection covers the blade tip, leading and trailing edges, blade surface and root, spinner and bulkhead unit, looking for blisters, delamination, punctures, scratches, fiber breaks and bonding defects. Structural testing includes high-force bending and delamination checks. In the brake-test room a report records thrust, torque, RPM, voltage, current and propeller-motor efficiency.
