TOMTAŞ assembles aircraft sub-structural groups to the customer’s requirements and delivers them after the quality process. On aluminum, steel, titanium and composite, precise holes are located and drilled, and special processes such as riveting and cold work are applied. A contract has been signed to carry out component-level assembly of Hürjet, the jet trainer developed by TUSAŞ. On the programme, whose first delivery is planned to start in 2026, thousands of hours of assembly service are provided to TUSAŞ.

Propeller Quality Control and Testing

Propellers completed for an unmanned aircraft are inspected to Fasumer’s standard quality policy and to any other standards the customer requests. Static and dynamic balancing, intended to reduce airframe vibration, is applied during production, quality control and before shipment. Visual inspection covers the blade tip, leading and trailing edges, blade surface and root, spinner and bulkhead unit, looking for blisters, delamination, punctures, scratches, fiber breaks and bonding defects. Structural testing includes high-force bending and delamination checks. In the brake-test room a report records thrust, torque, RPM, voltage, current and propeller-motor efficiency.

Assembly processes from sub-assemblies to full system integration are run with full traceability and functional test steps. An experienced assembly team joins complex aircraft and defence system components in the correct sequence and tolerances, with quality records kept under AS9100.
