Capacity was raised to 50,000 pairs/month including PVC and polyurethane injection and Monta slippers. The plant is at Yakuplu Mermerciler San. Sitesi 8th Street No:13 Floor 3, 34524 Beylikdüzü/Istanbul. Exports go to Spain, Italy, Germany, Romania, Croatia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Algeria among others.

Apparel OEM Manufacturingwholesale.trefir.com publishes “No Minimum Order Quantity” and invites contact for a quote. Since 2021 a Gedikpaşa/Beyazıt wholesale store serves the Turkish domestic market. In 2024 Trefir launched its own footwear e-commerce platform for retail and wholesale so buyers can access full collections directly. The showroom is in Istanbul; Mat Star’s 63 retail stores in Eastern Europe are described as the parent network.

Average output is 2.5 million pieces a month; 10% is made in the Torbalı units and the majority by a subcontractor network. Cutting-audit, quality-assurance and code-of-conduct teams work in the field. Lead times are 4–6 weeks, or 2–3 weeks for repeats. Sun Tekstil was the Aegean Region’s top ready-to-wear exporter in 2018–2021 and 2024, and second in 2025.
