Pressure Vessel Design Engineering
Engineering Services ServiceProduct and pressure vessel calculations are performed with Visual Vessel Design in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, EN 13445 and related international standards. Designs are checked for pressure, strength and safety before production and released only after technical data are verified. Design-approval certificates exist for special designs, and type-approval covers Ø114, Ø140 and Ø168 flat covers. Flanges, ODS, NPT and other connections are machined on CNC lathes and machining centres to drawings. After assembly, products undergo dimensional, visual and functional checks, are labelled under CE 2014/68/EU, and ship with a product-specific Declaration of Conformity and user manuals.

Project Engineering, Installation and Commissioning
Engineering Services ServiceFrom site surveys and on-site measurements through cost analysis, system design, assembly, installation, commissioning, and supervision, Tanpera supports projects end to end. Before installation, hydraulic connections, filtration, and expansion solutions are planned to match the project design; during commissioning, pressure testing, flow adjustment, and temperature control are performed. The technical team provides field support and user training. With energy-recovery solutions and a range including economizers, recuperators, Combox, boilers, heat exchangers, and pumped expansion tanks, a project-specific engineering approach is applied to new investments and system renewals.
