At the 5,000 m2 Torbalı OSB plant, 100% polypropylene SS spunbond is produced to requested weight (10–120 g/m2), colour, width and roll length. Additives can be used for hydrophilic, UV-resistant, flame-retardant/heat-resistant, antistatic, soft or antibacterial fabrics. Cross and machine-direction tensile testing and in-line camera inspection are done on site. Meltblown and ultrasonic quilting belong to the same nonwoven operation.

Senoco manufactures nonwoven fabrics on its spunlace line to customer needs for fibre blend, basis weight and pattern. Line width is adjustable from 100 mm to 3,200 mm; basis weight 33–86 gsm; patterns include plain, embossed and apertured. Blends may use cotton (max 25%), viscose, polyester, PP (max 25%) and lyocell, up to three fibres. Fabrics are delivered as jumbo or rolls with EDANA-aligned lab tests (unit weight, thickness, tensile strength, composition, moisture). The technical data sheet lists CV/PES ratios and 35–45 gsm variants.

Spunlace Fabric for Wipe Applications

Senoco spunlace nonwoven fabrics are positioned for wipe uses: baby and child wipes, home and personal-care wipes, surface and household wipes, and make-up removal wipes. The line offers 33–86 gsm and 100–3,200 mm width in plain, embossed or apertured patterns; cotton, viscose, polyester, PP and lyocell blends are possible. Quality includes EDANA-aligned tests, microbiological bacteria/E. coli-coliform checks and metal-detector line monitoring. Fabrics ship as jumbo or rolls; the TDS lists typical CV/PES wipe grammage combinations.

Spunlace for Medical and Hygiene Applications

Senoco application areas include medical (gauze, plasters, wound care) and hygiene (feminine care, disposable towels, disposable underwear). Spunlace specs are 33–86 gsm, 100–3,200 mm width, parallel laid web and plain/embossed/apertured patterns; fibre blends use up to three of cotton, viscose, polyester, PP and lyocell. The lab tests unit weight, thickness, tensile strength, composition, moisture plus bacteria and E. coli/coliform; process water is monitored daily for conductivity, hardness, NTU and pH. Products are offered in jumbo or roll form to EDANA-aligned standards.
