Wire Straightening and Cut-to-Length
Cut-to-LengthStraightening and cutting of wire on CNC precision equipment to the customer's diameter, length and surface treatment. Produces de-burred, line-ready pieces in Ø1.00–10.00 mm and 70–3,000 mm lengths, eliminating on-site cutting and reducing waste. Packaging options include pallet bundles up to 2,000 kg, plastic boxes up to 500 kg and wooden boxes.

General SteelIn addition to its hot rolling process with 300,000 t/year installed capacity, Hasçelik provides, on customer request, annealing, 100% surface crack inspection (Dr. Foerster Circoflux) and internal defect inspection (GE). For vacuum finished round steels, crack inspection follows EN ISO 9443 and TS EN 10308; for bright steels, crack inspection is applied to round and hexagon bars of 5-65 mm.
