Cut-to-Length Wire
Cut-to-length wire straightened and cut on high-precision lines for clean ends and minimal camber. Ø1.00–10.00 mm, lengths 70–3,000 mm, low-carbon steel to TS EN 10218 with project-specific tolerance. Shipped in 20–2,000 kg pallet bundles or plastic/wooden crates for automotive fasteners, welding electrodes, nails, hangers and display stands.
Cold Drawn Wire
Cold drawn wire in Ø1.00–14.00 mm from SAE 1006–1010 low-carbon steel, produced to TS EN 10218. Tensile range 500–1050 N/mm² per customer spec; bright, super-bright or black surface suitable for chrome, nickel and PVC coating. Supplied in basket coils, bobbins, rosettes and spools for white goods, furniture, retail racking, grills and wire forms.
Annealed Wire
Annealed wire: cold drawn wire heat-treated in controlled furnaces to restore ductility, softness and flexibility. Ø1.00–12.00 mm, full annealed or inter-annealed, with a soft black or bright, coating-ready surface; custom tensile properties on request. Used for rebar binding, packaging, baling and agriculture, supplied in coils, bobbins or rosettes.
Services
Wire Drawing to Customer Specification
Wire production on controlled cold-drawing lines with tungsten-carbide dies, to the customer's diameter, steel grade, finish and packaging specification. Every rod coil is checked against the mill certificate for hardness, chemistry and surface, and tensile is monitored in-process. Deliveries carry EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates and full heat traceability, with lead time typically 2–4 weeks from PO confirmation.
Wire Straightening and Cut-to-Length
Straightening and cutting of wire on CNC precision equipment to the customer's diameter, length and surface treatment. Produces de-burred, line-ready pieces in Ø1.00–10.00 mm and 70–3,000 mm lengths, eliminating on-site cutting and reducing waste. Packaging options include pallet bundles up to 2,000 kg, plastic boxes up to 500 kg and wooden boxes.
Wire Annealing (Heat Treatment)
Heat treatment of cold-drawn low-carbon wire in controlled annealing furnaces. Full-annealed and inter-annealed options deliver uniform softness, bending and knot-holding properties, with tensile properties tuned to customer request. Produces soft black or bright wire for tying and binding, deep-draw forming, general fabrication and galvanising feedstock.
