The plant in Karabük 1st Organized Industrial Zone started production in February 2002 as the zone’s first investor, built as a complete investment under a 2001 incentive certificate and modernized and expanded in 2010. A continuous pasteurized yoghurt and ayran line was added in 2004; cheese production continues. Goods are delivered without breaking the cold chain on company vehicles to national supermarket chains and customers in neighbouring provinces. The firm employs more than 100 people directly and sources milk from about 850 dairy farmers.
