Apparel OEM ManufacturingPrivate label is a core Boxer Producer service: the brand name is woven into the waistband, labels are sewn, tags printed and goods packed in the buyer's retail boxes. NDAs are standard and designs are never offered to other buyers. Because cotton, bamboo and modal knits come from in-house machines, weights and blends can match the buyer's spec. Wholesale orders typically start from 100 pieces per model and colour.

Knitting Fabric Production
Knitting ProductionThe company knits the fabrics it needs for underwear and boxers from yarn on its own knitting floor, with up to 30 knitting machines for cotton, bamboo and modal knits. Weights and blends are adjusted to buyer specification; colours are confirmed on physical swatches before production. Yarn, knit and fabric hand-feel are controlled under one roof.

Apparel Design and Product DevelopmentCategory, quantity and specs are taken via the quote form or phone; a price is prepared and, after approval, a sample is produced within 48 hours. Samples can be shipped or collected; series production starts after sample approval. Lead time is 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces, 14–21 working days for 500–2000, and a custom plan above 2000. Sizes XS–4XL (34–60); Pantone colours, pocket/zip changes and custom models can be applied at sampling. Quote response is targeted within one working day.
