Authorized Service SupportTowel-radiator manufacturing is Kromsan’s core activity. Straight, oval, design, painted, chrome and electric models are made in Manisa OSB. Goldpan and OEM brands run on the same lines. Monthly capacity is 75,000 pieces with the fully automatic welding furnace.

Powder Coating ServiceElectrostatic powder coating is applied to aluminium to protect the profile from wear, scratches and UV. Seta Alüminyum coats to RAL colour codes; Class 1 or Class 2 paints are used as the project partner prefers. Every stage follows QUALICOAT and is checked by the plant engineers. Architectural profiles are offered with 60–80 micron coats in international RAL colours.

Powder Coating ServiceThe electrostatic powder coating plant applies RAL colours with normal and texture surfaces. Annual capacity is stated as 15,000 tons. Surface-treatment paints and chemicals are sourced from well-known brands. The line is part of the integrated plant for 6000 series aluminium extrusion profiles, so profiles can be coated in the same facility after extrusion.
