MIG/TIG Welding ServiceAluminum welding and assembly are part of the post-extrusion mechanical fabrication offer. Combining extrusion and mechanical processing shortens lead times and keeps quality control in one place. Prototype and series parts are supplied to solar, automotive, machinery and construction, including welded joints and assembled components ready for use.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
Powder Coating ServiceELC Aluminium operates an electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 9,000 tons, coating in a wide range of RAL colours according to customer requirements. A wood-transfer system applies wood-grain patterns, including ELC-exclusive designs and custom coatings requested by customers. The facility operates to meet the requirements of QUALICOAT specifications.

Powder Coating ServiceElectrostatic powder coating is applied to aluminium to protect the profile from wear, scratches and UV. Seta Alüminyum coats to RAL colour codes; Class 1 or Class 2 paints are used as the project partner prefers. Every stage follows QUALICOAT and is checked by the plant engineers. Architectural profiles are offered with 60–80 micron coats in international RAL colours.

Powder Coating ServiceThe electrostatic powder coating plant applies RAL colours with normal and texture surfaces. Annual capacity is stated as 15,000 tons. Surface-treatment paints and chemicals are sourced from well-known brands. The line is part of the integrated plant for 6000 series aluminium extrusion profiles, so profiles can be coated in the same facility after extrusion.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
Powder Coating ServiceAt NLB Solar’s powder-coating plant, profiles are coated electrostatically in all RAL colours and at varying film thicknesses. Profiles up to 6.5 metres long can be coated; annual capacity is 4,500 tons. Custom brand and surface finishes are available on request. The line is used for corrosion resistance and specified RAL appearance on solar mounting profiles.
