Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAnodizing is a surface treatment that protects aluminium surfaces against corrosion, provides an aesthetic appearance and increases scratch resistance. The chemical anodizing unit has a capacity of 3,000 tons per year and 150,000 m² per month. Matt, acidic matt, mechanical bright and chemical bright anodizing is applied in white, yellow, bronze, brown, inox and black. The facility holds QUALANOD for anodizing.

Custom Aluminium Profile Design and Die Making
Custom Aluminium ExtrusionThe mould shop, the starting point of profile production, holds an archive of thousands of dies. Dies are made on state-of-the-art CNC and wire erosion machines to the dimensions and surface quality customers expect. On 4 extrusion lines the company produces low-tolerance and wide-dimension profiles, and designs and manufactures customer-specific aesthetic and decorative profiles.

Aluminum ServiceThe machining plant performs bending, welding, laser marking, assembly, thermal barrier insertion, drilling, countersinking, notching, slotting, tapping, flow drilling and deburring to customer drawings with tight tolerances. The machine park includes a 9-axis CNC turning centre, a 5-axis CNC profile machining centre up to 14,000 mm, multiple 4-axis CNC machining centres, double-head saws, eccentric and press-brake presses and barrier crimping machines.
