JÜTESAN ALÜMİNYUM SAN. TİC. A.Ş., exporting to 58 countries, is on its way to becoming Turkey's leading aluminium profile supplier. Having entered the Turkish aluminium sector in 2005, it quickly became one of Turkey's leading aluminium profile designers and manufacturers through continuously developed technology, quality innovative designs and customer trust. Jütesan Aluminium exports 60% of the profiles it produces, mainly to Europe and America. The company produces at its fully integrated facility in Ergene, Tekirdağ, built on a total area of 20,000 m², 15,000 m² of which is enclosed. The facility comprises extrusion press lines, a mould shop, an anodizing line, an electrostatic powder coating line, a mechanical processing unit, R&D and total quality control units. It has 4 extrusion lines with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons, an anodizing line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons and a chemical anodizing unit with an annual capacity of 3,000 tons. Matt, acidic matt, mechanical bright and chemical bright anodizing is carried out in white, yellow, bronze, brown, inox and black colours. Besides low-tolerance profiles, Jütesan Aluminium also produces wide-dimension profiles and designs and manufactures aesthetic and decorative profiles in-house according to customer requirements. It holds QUALICOAT for static powder coating and QUALANOD for anodizing, and is certified by TÜV Rheinland, ISO 9001 and TSE. The head office is in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul.
