Electrostatic Powder Coating

ELC Aluminium operates an electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 9,000 tons, coating in a wide range of RAL colours according to customer requirements. A wood-transfer system applies wood-grain patterns, including ELC-exclusive designs and custom coatings requested by customers. The facility operates to meet the requirements of QUALICOAT specifications.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating is applied to aluminium to protect the profile from wear, scratches and UV. Seta Alüminyum coats to RAL colour codes; Class 1 or Class 2 paints are used as the project partner prefers. Every stage follows QUALICOAT and is checked by the plant engineers. Architectural profiles are offered with 60–80 micron coats in international RAL colours.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

The electrostatic powder coating plant applies RAL colours with normal and texture surfaces. Annual capacity is stated as 15,000 tons. Surface-treatment paints and chemicals are sourced from well-known brands. The line is part of the integrated plant for 6000 series aluminium extrusion profiles, so profiles can be coated in the same facility after extrusion.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

The electrostatic powder coating line applies finishes to a wide variety of aluminum profiles. All standard RAL colors are offered in different shades and gloss levels, with custom colors on request. Each profile goes through quality control for surface, color consistency and durability. Powder coating operations are aligned with Qualicoat quality standards.
