Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment ServiceHeat treatment on the production line brings high-strength bolts and studs to 8.8–12.9 and ASTM classes. The machine park has been strengthened with technology. Heat treatment and subsequent QC are done in the Istanbul and Tekirdağ halls. Heat treatment is also used on special metal parts.

Test Laboratory
Laboratories ServiceA tensile-test laboratory and laboratory service are provided in-house. Mechanical verification of fasteners is done under the usage-authorization document. Tensile-test videos are published on the site. Quality-control steps tied to ISO 9001 and TSE are supported by the laboratory.

Powder Coating ServiceElectrostatic powder coating is applied to aluminium to protect the profile from wear, scratches and UV. Seta Alüminyum coats to RAL colour codes; Class 1 or Class 2 paints are used as the project partner prefers. Every stage follows QUALICOAT and is checked by the plant engineers. Architectural profiles are offered with 60–80 micron coats in international RAL colours.

Powder Coating ServiceThe electrostatic powder coating plant applies RAL colours with normal and texture surfaces. Annual capacity is stated as 15,000 tons. Surface-treatment paints and chemicals are sourced from well-known brands. The line is part of the integrated plant for 6000 series aluminium extrusion profiles, so profiles can be coated in the same facility after extrusion.
