The IMMIB text records machining to micron tolerances on CNC vertical centres, CAD-CAM per part, and secondary finishing such as deburring, polishing, surface grinding and drying. Vibratory finishing, centrifugal dryer and sand-blasting machines are used. Two quality laboratories have spectral analysis, 3D measuring and CMM.

Custom Specification Lead Ingot Production
Casting ServiceLead ingot is prepared at the desired specification values according to customer demand; alloyed lead is produced as an alloyed ingot according to customer demand. Alloyed lead can be produced with the desired chemical properties, and antimonial lead in the range desired by customers. Cylinder lead and lead wire are also produced in different diameters and alloys at the specifications requested by customers.
