Anthracite Factory Workwear
Catalogue code GOV-IKY-002. Anthracite factory workwear with antistatic treatment, made from 65% polyester / 35% cotton gabardine with reinforced stitching. Goproteks manufactures CE-marked safety workwear for construction, energy, petrochemical and mining teams; flame-retardant, antistatic (ESD), high-visibility and waterproof fabric options are produced to EN ISO 20471, EN 1149 and EN 11611. Minimum order for safety workwear is 100 pieces, sizes XS–4XL (34–60); approved orders receive a sample within 48 hours.
Disposable Coverall
Catalogue code GOV-TKU-001. Disposable protective coverall in PP nonwoven, SMS or PE-laminated fabric; EN 13982 (dust) and EN 14126 (biological agents), CE marked. Fabric weight 25–60 g/m²; white, blue and green. Supplied to food, pharmaceutical, paint, asbestos removal, chemical, cleaning, healthcare and construction with zip and hooded coveralls, aprons, bouffant caps and shoe covers. Produced to EN 13982 Type 5 and EN 13034 Type 6; minimum order for disposables is 500 pieces.
Orange High-Visibility Safety Vest
Catalogue code GOV-REF-001. High-visibility reflective safety garment, EN ISO 20471 compatible, 100% polyester / alpaca, fabric weight 180–260 g/m². Produced in orange, yellow and red, as standard or with a custom logo. Goproteks supplies hi-vis vests, jackets and coveralls in bulk to construction, infrastructure, traffic and logistics teams. Minimum order for safety workwear is 100 pieces; approved orders receive a sample within 48 hours.

48-Hour Sample Production
Category, quantity and specs are taken via the quote form or phone; a price is prepared and, after approval, a sample is produced within 48 hours. Samples can be shipped or collected; series production starts after sample approval. Lead time is 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces, 14–21 working days for 500–2000, and a custom plan above 2000. Sizes XS–4XL (34–60); Pantone colours, pocket/zip changes and custom models can be applied at sampling. Quote response is targeted within one working day.
Logo Embroidery and Printing
Embroidery and printing are done in Goproteks' own workshop (opened in 2005). Embroidery uses computerized machines, wash-durable; preferred files are vector AI, EPS, SVG or PNG at min. 300 DPI. Printing applies single- or multi-colour logos on textiles; PDF, AI or EPS is preferred. Security uniforms receive badge and emblem embroidery; custom Pantone colours and cut changes from technical drawings are available. Logo, company name and department marks are applied from the minimum order; digitizing may be charged if the file is not suitable.
Bulk Workwear Manufacturing
Goproteks manufactures CE-certified workwear at its own plant in Ataşehir, Istanbul, since 1997 for construction, healthcare, security, food and energy. The catalogue covers up to 154 models in 12 categories: workwear, hospital uniforms, hi-vis garments, coveralls and disposable PPE. Minimum orders are 100 for safety workwear, 50 for hospital and security uniforms, 500 for disposables. After sample approval, production is planned in 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces and 14–21 working days for 500–2000; cargo delivery to all 81 provinces.
