Iron Casting ServiceThe C-28 ductile/metal cast speed hump (500×500×50 mm, 23 kg) is made for heavy machinery and military vehicles; the BLS-60 cast iron bollard (600 mm, 10 kg) blocks pavement parking and marks landscape boundaries. Cast metal traffic product manufacturing for municipal and institutional projects includes electrostatic paint, prismatic reflectors and steel screw mounting. Ductile Iron Casting
Iron Casting ServiceModel moldings for rollers, rings and machine spare parts are made with mixers that have a total sand dispensing capacity of 70 tons/h. Chill moulds used in roller casting are designed to raise roller and ring quality. Melting is done in one double-pot induction furnace; up to 11 tons of metal can be melted in one heat. Chemical analyses are taken from each furnace and liquid-metal temperature is controlled; furnaces have ventilation and filtration to remove dust and smoke. Roll designs use special calculation methods to minimize casting-originated errors.

Iron Casting ServiceMelting is on induction furnaces of 2×1 t/h. Annual casting capacity is 1,800 tonnes. A 90,000 m³/h filter system ventilates furnaces and the shop. Piece weight is 1–50 kg in ductile and grey iron.
