Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesContract anodizing and powder coating are offered on the integrated aluminium extrusion line. Profiles and railing parts from in-house production and from external customers can be anodized or electrostatically powder coated. Surface treatment is delivered together with extrusion finishing and assembly in the same plant.

Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAlunet anodises and powder-coats aluminium in-house. The powder-coating plant has a capacity of 9,000 tons and paints profiles up to 8 metres under full automation. The anodising plant has a capacity of 19,000 tons and processes profiles up to 7.5 metres, with black and silver colour options plus E3 polishing and E2 brushing. Vibratory finishing is used for deburring, polishing and surface smoothing.

Anodising to QUALANOD and DIN 17611, seven shades: Natural (E4 CA 000), Matt Stainless Steel (E6 CA 010), Satine Stainless Steel (E4 CA 010), Bronze (E4 CA 020), Brown (E4 CA 030), Carbon (E4 CA 040) and Black (E4 CA 050). Pre-treatments E0 degreasing, E2 brushing, E4 grinding and E6 etching. Electrostatic powder coating to QUALICOAT Seaside across the full RAL range, plus wood-effect sublimation coating.
