Custom Nonwoven ManufacturingSpunbond combinations include hydrophilic, anti-static, UV stabilizer, hydrophobic/hydrophilic and about 25 colours; spunlace 25–150 g/m² up to 320 cm in four pattern groups is made to customer need. Medical bonnet-mask-gown, insulation, agriculture, hygiene, cleaning, furniture, bags and automotive are listed. Muratlı and Beylikdüzü plants produce 10–160 g/m² spunbond in 260/160 cm widths. On the spunbond line, additives confer hydrophilic, UV, flame-retardant, antistatic, soft and antibacterial properties. Tensile testing and in-line cameras monitor quality. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 covers spunbond produced at the Torbalı branch.
