Repair and technical support are provided for inkjet and date-coding machines so marking lines are not stopped. Technical service covers handheld printers, mini printers and TIJ devices; after-sales support is stated as 24/7. Machines are sold with a two-year factory warranty; ink cartridges are excluded because they depend on use and storage conditions.
