Compensation panels are used in facilities to improve power quality and prevent power losses. They include measuring instruments, contactors, circuit breakers and capacitors. Conventional contactor panels correct power factor; shunt-reactor panels filter harmonic currents; thyristor panels control current flow more precisely; harmonic-filter reactor panels reduce harmonic distortion. ATS manufactures these configurations according to customer demand and plant requirements.

Drives are manufactured from 1 kW to 2000 kW. They are prepared as modules or panel-mounted, and additional equipment can be added in the same panel when other systems must run together. Drives are controlled digitally or analog. Speed can be set over a wide range with high precision. Output voltage, output current, torque and time-proportional acceleration can also be adjusted. With encoder or tachogenerator feedback, motor speed can be held constant under load changes. Drives are built for standard shunt motors and also for special DC, series and compound motors.
