Conveyors ProductPVC belt conveyors are industrial transport systems with food-safety certified, hygienic and durable PVC belts. They are especially used in food, pharmaceutical and cleaning-product plants and are manufactured with FDA-approved materials. Belt thickness is 1-5 mm, operating temperature -10°C to +80°C, maximum load 50 kg/m², belt width 200-2000 mm; the surface may be smooth or textured. Typical applications include food processing plants, pharmaceutical lines, cosmetics, cleaning-product manufacture, hospitals and laboratories.

They are built from steel, stainless-steel or plastic tube rollers and can be gravity or powered. Maximum load capacity is 50-2000 kg, speed 0.1 to 2.5 m/s, ambient temperature -10°C to +70°C; roller material is stainless steel, diameters 50 mm, 60 mm or 76 mm.
