Rubber Belt Conveyor
Conveyors ProductRubber belt conveyors are used as heavy-industry conveyors because they resist heat, chemicals and impact. They carry scrap, stone, sand, gravel, fertilizer and soil, and are also used in corrugated board, recycling, marble and airport baggage lines. Belts are typically black, chevron or profiled for inclined runs; NBR nitrile rubber is chosen for chemical products. The belt is supported on triple stations, plain rollers or impact rollers; frames are usually painted ST 37 steel, built straight, vertical or curved on a single motor.
