Belt Conveyor
Tenurmak belt conveyors carry loads on PVC, polyurethane, rubber, silicone, fabric, felt, PTFE-coated, metal and mesh belts driven by a motor. Motor speed is reduced through a gearbox and drive is taken from the head pulley so goods are pulled along the belt. Typical uses are warehousing, baggage handling and factory assembly lines for cartons, cases and parts.
Crossbelt Sorter System
A cross-belt sorter is a conveyor-based system that automatically separates goods by set criteria on high-speed, high-accuracy lines. It sorts items that are hard to classify at speed, including books, CDs/DVDs, small products, jewellery and cosmetics, small boxes and pouched goods. Typical applications are logistics, e-commerce, retail, postal/cargo and production sortation.
Assembly Line
Tenurmak assembly lines are built as T-type, U-type, parallel or two-way layouts according to the production need. On PLC-controlled lines, assembly is automated, error rates fall and capacity rises. The same family of production belts also includes quality-control, diverting, reject, packing and labelling-barcode lines, supplied as domestic manufacture.

Site Survey and Engineering
A specialist team surveys the install area, studies floor and space, and selects the longest economical system for the goods to be transferred. Belt type, chassis and the drive mechanism are planned for dusty, wet-dry or heavy-load conditions. The survey report goes to engineering with space dust, air and temperature plus product weight, temperature and belt load, and a custom quotation is issued.
Packaging Solutions
Machines are shaped to customer requirements rather than only standard packages. For manufacturing, distribution, logistics and e-commerce firms Tenurmak designs and builds case-erecting and case-prep machines, automatic taping units, cup-water case packing and related packaging systems. The equipment is selected to match demanding packing operations.
Production Conveyor Line Systems
Tenurmak designs factory production-line conveyors in belt sizes and types matched to the need. Lines can include speed control and PLC modules or run as idler systems. Diverting, sorting, conveying, aligning, accumulating and inspection conveyors are installed for food, textile, glass, metal, wood, automotive, appliances, electronics, paper and ceramics. Technical support and maintenance follow installation.
