The design department turns new trends into sample sets from customer requests; single- and double-cylinder knitting machines produce different sizes and technical specifications. Yarns include cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based fibres. Toe closing, washing, steam boarding and metal-detector packaging are carried out in-house at the Istanbul and Sinop factories.

Knitwear ApparelTemu Socks has the infrastructure and technical equipment to produce children’s and baby socks. The Mute Socks plant in Sinop uses a computerized single-cylinder machine park to produce all sizes and technical specifications. Yarns include cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based fibres. Open-toe socks are closed on Conti-Complett or single-head toe-closing machines, then steam boarded and packed after passing metal detectors when washing or dyeing is not required.
