Children's Socks
Temu Socks has the infrastructure and technical equipment to produce children’s and baby socks. The Mute Socks plant in Sinop uses a computerized single-cylinder machine park to produce all sizes and technical specifications. Yarns include cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based fibres. Open-toe socks are closed on Conti-Complett or single-head toe-closing machines, then steam boarded and packed after passing metal detectors when washing or dyeing is not required.
Men's Socks
Temu Socks has the infrastructure and technical equipment to produce all kinds of men’s socks. The knitting park uses single-cylinder and double-cylinder machines; cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based yarns provide product variety. Toe closing, washing and drying, fully automatic steam boarding and metal-detector packaging are completed in-house. Annual capacity exceeds 30 million pairs; output is exported to major European brands.
Women's Socks
Temu Socks has the infrastructure and technical equipment to produce women’s socks and pantyhose. The design department turns new trends into sample sets from customer requests; single- and double-cylinder knitting machines produce different sizes and technical specifications. Yarns include cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based fibres. Toe closing, washing, steam boarding and metal-detector packaging are carried out in-house at the Istanbul and Sinop factories.
Services
Toe Closing, Washing and Boarding
Toe closing is completed with motorized sewing machines and, at Mute Socks, on Conti-Complett or single-head toe-closing machines. In-house washing and drying machines apply dermatologically appropriate antibacterial cleaning; Mute Socks can also apply pre-wash or silicone wash on request. Products from the line are boarded on fully automatic steam ironing machines that optimize temperature, time and pressure. Metal detectors on packaging conveyors remove any metal fragments that may have mixed in during production.
Sock OEM Manufacturing
Temu Socks produces socks for many well-known world brands at a capacity of more than 30 million pairs a year; output is exported to major European brands. The knitting department uses single-cylinder and double-cylinder machines; Mute Socks can produce all sizes on a computerized single-cylinder park. Men’s, women’s, children’s and baby socks and pantyhose are made from cotton, organic cotton, linen, bamboo, viscose and polyamide-based yarns. Warehousing, knitting, toe closing, washing and packaging run in one chain at the Istanbul Zeytinburnu and Sinop Demirciköy OSB plants.
Sock Design and Sampling
Temu Socks’ design department follows customers’ growing needs and new trends and turns them into products according to customer requests. The experienced design team provides the fastest and most accurate sample sets. At Mute Socks in Sinop, current styles and textures are researched at the idea stage; the graphic team prepares collections in a fashion-synchronized design process. Sampling and collections are planned around the sock-knitting infrastructure of the Istanbul and Sinop factories.
