10 Ton Hydraulic Tensioning System
General Hydraulics & PneumaticsŞenbak Makina manufactures hydraulic systems that tension the saw blades used on gang saws cutting block stone in the marble sector. The 10-ton hydraulic tensioning system combines a SENBAK ton/bar gauge unit, clamp set and tension screws to tension blades on the gang saw. It is produced at the 5,000 m² plant in İzmir Torbalı OSB; incoming material with analysis reports is laboratory-tested before production.

Gang Saw Clamp
